DFIM Circular Letter No. 09: Regarding service offer to Freedom Fighters and Special needs clients on a priority basis
Financial institutions operating in Bangladesh are directed to maintain priority seating arrangements and ensure the timely and prompt delivery of desired services to Freedom Fighters, the elderly, widows, and clients with special needs. This directive is issued under the powers granted by Section 18(c) of the Financial Institutions Act, 1993, and takes immediate effect.

Regarding the subject cited above, it is brought to your attention that financial institutions must ensure the maintenance of priority seating arrangements and the timely and prompt delivery of desired services for Freedom Fighters, the elderly, widows, and clients with special needs.
This directive is issued under the powers conferred by Section 18(c) of the Financial Institutions Act, 1993, and shall come into force immediately.
