This is to inform you that the name of the financial institution 'Lankan Alliance Finance Limited' operating in Bangladesh has been changed to 'Alliance Finance PLC' (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company').
In this regard, a copy of Notification No. DFIM(L)1053/103/2023-1846 issued by Bangladesh Bank on 18 Jyestha 1430 / 01 June 2023 is attached herewith for your information and necessary action.
