You are hereby informed that the name of the financial company 'MIDAS Financing Limited' operating in Bangladesh has been changed to 'MIDAS Financing PLC'.
In this regard, a copy of the Notification No. DFIM(L) 1053/24/2024-1084 issued by Bangladesh Bank on 14 Chaitra 1430 / 28 March 2024 is attached herewith for your information and necessary action.
