Regarding Change of Name of Financial Institution.
This is to inform you that the name of the financial institution operating in Bangladesh, "LankaBangla Finance Limited", has been changed to "LankaBangla Finance PLC" (লংকাবাংলা ফাইন্যান্স পিএলসি).
In this regard, a copy of the Gazette Notification No. DFIM(L)1053/41/2023-2866 issued by Bangladesh Bank on 07 Bhadra 1430 / 22 August 2023 is attached herewith for your information and necessary action.
