This is to inform you that the name of the Finance Company operating in Bangladesh, 'Strategic Finance & Investments Limited', has been changed to 'SFIL Finance PLC' (SFIL Finance PLC).
In this regard, a copy of the Gazette Notification No. DFIM(L)1053/104/2024-113 issued by Bangladesh Bank on 26 Poush 1430 / 10 January 2024 is enclosed herewith for your information and necessary action.
