DFIM Circular Letter No. 20: Office time table of the Financial Institutions
All financial institutions operating in Bangladesh are directed to adopt a new office schedule effective August 24, 2022, until further notice. The schedule mandates working hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday designated as weekly holidays. This directive is issued under the authority of Section 18(c) of the Financial Institutions Act, 1993.

Dear Sir,
Regarding the determination of office hours.
In accordance with the instructions contained in Memorandum No. 05.00.0000.173.08.004.10-182 dated 22 August 2022 of the Ministry of Public Administration, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, the office hours for all financial institutions operating in Bangladesh are hereby determined as follows from 24 August 2022 until further notice:
