Dear Sir,

Regarding the name change of Finance Companies.

This is to inform you that the name of the finance company operating in Bangladesh, 'First Finance Limited', has been changed to 'First Finance PLC' (hereinafter referred to as 'First Finance PLC').

In this regard, Government Notification No. DFIM(L)/1053/22/2025-3779, issued by Bangladesh Bank on 08 Agrahayan 1432/23 November 2025, is attached herewith for your information and necessary action.
