Regarding the change of name of Financial Institutions.

This is to inform you that the name of the financial institution operating in Bangladesh, 'National Housing Finance and Investment Limited', has been changed to 'National Housing Finance PLC' (NHFPLC).

A copy of the Gazette Notification No. DFIM(L)1053/63/2023-3779 issued by Bangladesh Bank on 05 November 2023 (20 Kartik 1430) regarding this matter is enclosed herewith for information and necessary action.
