Regarding the change of name of Finance Companies.
This is to inform you that the name of the Finance Company operating in Bangladesh, 'IPDC Finance Limited', has been changed to 'IPDC Finance PLC.' (IPDC Finance PLC).
In this regard, a copy of the Gazette Notification No. DFIM(L)1053/13/2024-2916 issued by Bangladesh Bank on 02 Ashwin 1431 / 17 September 2024 is enclosed herewith for your information and necessary action.
