Regarding the name change of Finance Companies
This is to inform you that the name of the Finance Company 'IDLC Finance Limited' operating in Bangladesh has been changed to 'IDLC Finance PLC'.
A copy of the Gazette Notification No. DFIM(L)1053/12/2023-4133 issued by Bangladesh Bank on 27 Agrahayan 1430 / 12 December 2023 is attached herewith for your information and necessary action.
