November 21, 2022 Circular Letter To: ALL INSTITUTIONS LICENSED UNDER THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ACT, 2008 REF: CB-OIFI-2985/2022 DISCONTINUATION OF THE WEEKLY STATEMENT OF CONDITION (CB10) REGULATORY RETURN The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago (“Central Bank”) wishes to inform reporting institutions that the “Weekly Statement of Condition” (CB10) regulatory return will be discontinued in 2023. The last submission required would be for the period ending December 28, 2022 which will be due on January 4, 2023. All other reporting requirements for all other forms remain unchanged.
