Dear Sir,

Regarding the resumption of all transactions of the National Savings Scheme during general holidays.

According to DOS Circular-09 dated 05/04/2020 of the Department of Off-site Supervision, various banking transactions/activities, as well as the encashment of various National Savings Certificates upon maturity and the payment of coupon amounts for the bank's respective customers, are ongoing.

It has been decided that from now on, all transaction activities of savings certificates (including sale, encashment, and reinvestment) will remain operational.

In this context, you are instructed to take necessary measures to keep all transaction activities of savings certificates (including sale, encashment, and reinvestment) operational within the banking hours described in paragraph 1 of DOS Circular Letter No. 13 dated 16/04/2020 of the Department of Off-site Supervision.

This instruction will be effective immediately.
