The Government of Bangladesh amends Rule 6 of the Pensioner Sanchayapatra Policy-2004 to set the maximum investment ceiling at 50 (fifty) lakh Taka, calculated as the aggregate of gratuity and provident fund received after retirement. This notification, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Internal Resources Division, Planning Branch, takes immediate effect.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred, the Government re-determines the highest ceiling of investment in Pensioner Sanchayapatra and amends Rule 6 of the Pensioner Sanchayapatra Policy-2004 as follows:
"6. Ceiling: The maximum amount shall be 50 (fifty) lakh Taka, which is the aggregate of gratuity and provident fund received after retirement."
