The DNB or the ECB may attach specific requirements to Declarations of No-Objection (DNOs) or impose limitations and time limits on them to protect the interests defined in Part 3.3.11 of the Wft. If circumstances change after a DNO is issued, regulators may impose additional conditions, modify limitations, or revoke the declaration entirely. These measures apply to various DNO types, including those for qualifying holdings, group companies, and acts by banks or insurance companies.
