DOS Circular Letter No. 03: Scheduled banks will remain closed in the area of Rangamati, Khagrachari & Bandarban District on 13th April 2025 due to Chaitra Sankranti
All branches and sub-branches of scheduled banks located in the Rangamati, Khagrachari, and Bandarban districts are ordered to remain closed on Sunday, 13 April 2025. This directive is issued in accordance with a gazette notification from the Ministry of Public Administration regarding the Chaitra Sankranti holiday and is exercised under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.

Regarding the general holiday declared by administrative order in the three districts (Rangamati, Khagrachari, and Bandarban) on Sunday, 13 April 2025, on the occasion of Chaitra Sankranti.
Dear Sir,
[Pursuant to Gazette Notification No. 05.00.0000.173.08.006.23-233 dated 27 March 2025 of the Ministry of Public Administration, all branches/sub-branches of scheduled banks located in the three districts (Rangamati, Khagrachari, and Bandarban) shall remain closed on Sunday, 13 April 2025, on the occasion of Chaitra Sankranti.]
This directive is issued under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.
