Consent is hereby granted to City Bank PLC to temporarily suspend all types of banking operations from 12:00 AM on May 9, 2025, to 8:00 PM on May 11, 2025, for the purpose of smoothly executing the data center relocation program.

This consent is granted under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.
