All Authorised Dealer (AD) bank branches in Dhaka and Chittagong, as well as branches located at the custom houses of all sea, river, and land ports, are required to remain partially open on the Holy Shab-e-Qadr holiday on September 28, 2008. These specified branches must operate between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on that date. This directive applies to all AD bank branches falling within these geographic and functional categories.
