The Department of Off-Site Supervision establishes the office and transaction hours for all scheduled banks in Bangladesh during the Holy Ramadan of Hijri 1443 (2022). Office hours are set from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, with a one-hour break for Zuhr prayer from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM. Transaction hours are restricted to 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, while Friday and Saturday are designated as weekly holidays. Internal coordination will ensure transaction activities continue uninterrupted during the prayer break.

The office and transaction hours for all banks operating in Bangladesh during the Holy Ramadan month of Hijri 1443 (2022 AD) will be as follows:

Although a break from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM has been designated for Zuhr prayer, transaction work will continue uninterrupted through internal coordination, similar to the pre-Ramadan period.
After the Holy Ramadan month concludes, the bank's office and transaction hours will return to the pre-Ramadan schedule.
