Notification
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 121 of the Bank-Company Act, 1991 (Act No. 14 of 1991), and after consultation with the Government, Bangladesh Bank hereby grants exemption to Padma Bank Limited (formerly The Farmers Bank Limited) from the obligation to maintain easily realizable assets (ERAs) specified in Section 33 of the said Act for the period from 31 October 2017 to 31 December 2019.
