Regarding the declaration of general holiday on Tuesday, 21 May 2024 in the concerned election areas on the occasion of the General Election of 157 Upazila Parishads.
Dear Sir,
In accordance with Gazette Notification No. 05.00.0000.173.08.020.24.59 dated 15 May 2024 of the Ministry of Public Administration, all branches/sub-branches of scheduled banks located in the concerned election areas shall remain closed on Tuesday, 21 May 2024 on the occasion of the General Election of 157 Upazila Parishads (list attached).
