DOS Circular Letter No. 13: Intermission of Banking Operations of Rupali Bank PLC due to Data Center Relocation
The Department of Offsite Supervision grants consent for Rupali Bank PLC to temporarily suspend all banking operations from July 4, 2025, to July 8, 2025, to facilitate the relocation of its data center. This approval is issued under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991, and is directed to the Managing Directors or Chief Executive Officers of all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh.

Dear Sir,
Consent is hereby granted to Rupali Bank PLC's application to temporarily suspend all types of banking operations from 04 July 2025 to 08 July 2025 for the purpose of the advance planning and successful relocation of the data center.
This consent is granted under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.
