This directive is issued in the context of a memorandum from the Ministry of Religious Affairs dated 16 May 2022 and is exercised under the powers granted by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.

In light of Memorandum No. 16.00.0000.003.40.005.22.474 dated 16 May 2022 of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, instructions are hereby given to take appropriate measures to keep your bank's branches/sub-branches related to Hajj activities open on 21 May 2022, the weekly holiday, after ensuring safety, for the interest of proper Hajj arrangements.
This instruction is issued in the public interest under the powers granted by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.
