DOS Circular Letter No. 15: Keeping scheduled bank branches closed in the election areas on 09th June, 2024 for the General Election of 21 Upazila Parishads

Regarding the declaration of general holiday on 09 June 2024 in the concerned election areas on the occasion of the General Election of 21 Upazila Parishads (list attached).

Dear Sir,

In accordance with Gazette Notification No.: 05.00.0000.173.08.020.24-71 dated 05 June 2024 of the Ministry of Public Administration, all branches/sub-branches of scheduled banks located in the concerned election areas shall remain closed on 09 June 2024 on the occasion of the General Election of 21 Upazila Parishads (list attached).

Instructions are hereby given to take necessary measures in this regard.
