Regarding the temporary suspension of all banking operations of IFIC Bank on 18 July 2024 for the purpose of CBS upgrade.

Dear Sir,

It is brought to your kind attention that, upon the application of the aforementioned bank, consent has been given to temporarily suspend all banking operations of IFIC Bank on Thursday, 18 July 2024, with the intention of completing the Core Banking Solution (CBS) upgrade work.

This consent has been given under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.
