The Department of Offshore Supervision grants consent for Global Islami Bank PLC to temporarily suspend all banking operations for a total of 120 hours (five days) from September 1, 2023, to September 5, 2023. This suspension is authorized to facilitate data migration to a new version of the bank's core banking system under Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.

Dear Sir,
In response to the bank's application regarding the temporary suspension of all banking operations for a total of 120 hours or 05 days from 01 September 2023 to 05 September 2023 for the purpose of conducting data migration due to the installation of a new version of the core banking system of Global Islami Bank PLC, consent is hereby given under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.
