Subject: Temporary suspension of banking operations of Prime Bank Limited for the purpose of relocating the existing data center.
Dear Sir,
Reference is invited to the matter under reference, and it is informed that consent has been given to the aforementioned bank's application to temporarily suspend banking operations from 02:00 on October 24, 2023, until 17:00 on October 28, 2023, for the purpose of relocating the existing data center of Prime Bank Limited.
This consent is given under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.
