Scheduled banks in Bangladesh must submit off-site supervision statements for CAMELS rating determination online via the BB homepage using redesigned Excel formats. State-owned Commercial Banks are required to submit these statements quarterly within 30 days of each quarter's end, while Private Commercial Banks, Foreign Commercial Banks, and Specialised Development Banks must submit them half-yearly within 30 days of each half-year's end. All banks must also provide hard copies signed by responsible officials and the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, or Chief Financial Officer, along with any additional papers listed in requisition. Reporting in the new format is effective from the half-year ended June 30, 2011, and failure to submit within the stipulated time may result in actions under the Bank Company Ain, 1991.

DOS/(OS)/1156/44/2006/245-292 dated 23-05-2006 and subsequent letters issued thereon wherein instructions were issued to all scheduled banks regarding submission of off-site supervision statements for determination of CAMELS rating. As part of the ongoing automation process of Bangladesh Bank, it has been decided that henceforth all the scheduled banks shall submit the off-site supervision statements regarding CAMELS Rating directly through online. Accordingly the existing formats of off-site supervision statements have been redesigned. In terms of Article 36 of the bank Company Ain, 1991, the following instructions to be followed by the banks:
