Dear Sir,
In light of the Memorandum No.-16.00.0000.003.18.006.19(Angsh)-1165 dated 16 October 2025 from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, instructions are hereby issued to keep your bank's relevant branches open on Saturday, 18 October 2025, after ensuring necessary security, to facilitate the submission of Hajj registration authorizations for the 2026 Hajj. Banks are directed to take necessary measures for authorization collection for as long as persons submitting Hajj registration authorizations are present.
This instruction is issued in the public interest under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Companies Act, 1991.
