Draft Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations, 2009
The draft Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations, 2009 are circulated for public comment to accommodate new payment products and instruments. All scheduled banks and financial institutions operating in Bangladesh are invited to submit comments or suggestions by 15 February 2009. The draft text is available on the Bangladesh Bank website under the section for draft regulations and guidelines.
