Federal Reserve Board Issues Enforcement Action with Former Employee of Regions Bank
The Federal Reserve Board issued a consent Order of Prohibition against Nicole M. Ramsey, former relationship banker at Regions Bank, for withdrawing $25,800 from a customer account without authorization for personal benefit between January 2023 and January 2024. The order prohibits Ramsey from participating in the affairs, voting rights, or director roles of any insured depository institution without prior written approval from federal banking regulators. By consenting to the order, Ramsey waived her rights to a formal hearing and judicial review while agreeing to comply with all provisions until the Board expressly modifies or terminates them.
