Information Circular 1 of 2009: Amendment of Prescribed Fees under Schedule L
The Financial Services Board issued this circular to implement the Minister of Finance's amendment of prescribed administrative fees under Schedule L of the Pension Funds Regulations. To accommodate practical processing delays, the revised fee structure applies exclusively to applications received by the Registrar on or after 1 March 2009. The amendment, gazetted on 4 February 2009 under section 36 of the Pension Funds Act, 1956, directly impacts all approved administrators, privately administered funds, and underwritten funds.
