This amendment was published in Government Gazette No. 31837 dated 4 February 2009. This Office is aware of the practical problems experienced by administrators and funds in respect of applications already posted and payments already requested on the basis of previous fees. It is for this reason that the effective date for the implementation of the new fees will be for all applications received by this Office on or after 1 March 2009.
