Notice of the Authority Relating to Filing of Interim Returns for Damage Insurers – Half Year Ending April 30, 2018
The Autorité des marchés financiers requires Quebec-based damage insurers to electronically file signed interim returns and compliance attestations for the half year ending April 30, 2018. All submissions must be completed via AMF E-Services by June 14, 2018, with complete paper copies retained at the insurer’s premises for potential examination. Failure to submit these documents within the prescribed timeframe may trigger administrative monetary sanctions under section 405.1 of the Act respecting insurance.
