The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control published General License 2 to authorize specific transactions involving Anco Water Supply Co. Ltd. under the Cyber-Related Sanctions Regulations. This license permits activities ordinarily incident to the treatment or distribution of drinking water, including those by entities with 50 percent or greater ownership by Anco. The authorization excludes transactions involving other blocked persons unless separately authorized.
