Directive No. 03/DEE/DSB/DRO-2019, dated March 28
The Banco Nacional de Angola issued Directive No. 03/DEE/DSB/DRO-2019 to mandate Commercial Banks to submit monthly, via the SSIF electronic system, detailed data on new credits granted, matured credits, restructured credits, write-offs, and captured deposits by economic sector and market segment. Commercial Banks must deliver this information by the 8th day of each subsequent month using specified XML formats, or Excel to the DEE until full SSIF integration is achieved. The directive requires all submitted data to be pre-validated, final, and compliant with sound banking practices, subjecting non-compliant institutions to statutory penalties under the Framework Law for Financial Institutions.
