If there are any problems that prevent obtaining the inspection certificate within the stipulated period, the competent authority must report them to the General Directorate of Customs Administration. 3. The competent authority shall notify the exporter by sending a copy of the inspection report via e-mail or registered mail if the goods are inspected and found in accordance with the customs requirements and the necessary procedures have been taken within the stipulated periods. If the goods are found to be inconsistent with the provisions of the decision, the competent authority must request the importer to provide a new inspection report and a new shipping document. 4. The exporter shall be informed of the final result by the competent authority through electronic or registered mail, whereupon the exporter must take the necessary measures in accordance with Article 10 of this decision within five working days. 5.
