The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued Russia-related General License 13Q to authorize certain administrative transactions prohibited by Directive 4 under Executive Order 14024. OFAC also amended Russia-related FAQs 999 and 1118 to provide updated guidance on these regulations. Additionally, the agency published Spanish translations of five Venezuela-related General Licenses and 19 associated FAQs for informational purposes only.
