The OCC, Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, FDIC, FCA, and NCUA are extending the comment period for their July 2020 proposal to reorganize and expand the Interagency Questions and Answers Regarding Flood Insurance. The deadline for public comments is extended from September 4, 2020, to November 3, 2020, to allow additional time for analysis and preparation of feedback. This extension responds to public requests citing the extensive nature of the proposed revisions and the ongoing COVID-19 emergency.
