The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 177 A to officially register amendments to the rules of the Ararat Technology CAM-PE Fund I. These amendments effectuate the transfer of fund management from Capital Asset Management CJSC to INECO GROUP CJSC and mandate the renaming of the fund to INECO PROPERTY FUND. The resolution entered into force the day following its delivery to INECO GROUP or its authorized representative.
