Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and point "ac" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Part 4 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Investment Funds” Taking into account that hat “INECO GROUP” Closed Joint-Stock Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 22 August 2025 and 1 October 2025 regarding the mediation to register the amendments to the rules of “ARARAT TECHNOLOGY CAM-PE FUND I” Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT” Closed Joint-Stock Company conditioned by the change of the Fund Manager, the Fund Name, and certain other amendments; Based on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 44 dated 8 October 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

1. To register the amendments to the rules of “ARARAT TECHNOLOGY CAM-PE FUND I” Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT” Closed Joint-Stock Company related to the change of the Fund Manager (the name of the new manager is “INECO GROUP” Closed Joint-Stock Company), certain other amendments, and the change of the Fund Name (the new name of the Fund is “INECO PROPERTY FUND” Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “INECO GROUP” Closed Joint-Stock Company).
2. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “INECO GROUP” Closed Joint-Stock Company or its delivery to the person authorized by “INECO GROUP” Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
