Central Bank of Seychelles Circular on SWIFT Customer Security Program Self-Attestation
The Central Bank of Seychelles requires all licensed banks to complete a self-attestation process for the SWIFT Customer Security Program by 31 December 2017. Banks must confirm compliance with mandatory security controls, optionally address advisory controls, and formally report their attestation outcomes to the regulator.
