The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control added the Sudanese Muslim Brotherhood to the Specially Designated Nationals List. The Al-Baraa Bin Malik Brigade was updated to include secondary sanctions risk and designated as linked to the Sudanese Muslim Brotherhood. These actions impose sanctions under Executive Orders 13224 and 14098.
