Decision of the Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority No. (21) of 2019 Extending the Documentation Deadline for Institutional Agents of Non-Banking Financial Companies
The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) issued Decision No. (21) of 2019 to extend the documentation deadline for institutional agents of companies operating in non-banking financial activities. The extension grants an additional six months effective from March 1, 2019, allowing these agents to regularize their registration status under the previous regulatory framework established by Decision No. 106 of 2018. This directive takes effect the day after its publication in the Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority's official website.
