Notice Relating to Filing Interim Returns and Documents for Quebec Life and Health Insurers – Six Months Ending June 30, 2022
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) requires authorized Quebec life and health insurers to electronically file signed interim returns, capital adequacy reports, and compliance attestations for the six months ending June 30, 2022. Submissions must be completed via AMF E-Services within 45 days of the reporting period, with original copies retained at the insurer’s premises for potential examination. Failure to submit complete and timely documents may result in monetary administrative penalties under the Insurers Act.
