Draft Regulation to amend Regulation 44-102 respecting Shelf Distributions

REGULATION TO AMEND REGULATION 44-102 RESPECTING SHELF DISTRIBUTIONS Securities Act (chapter V-1.1, s. 331.1, par. (34))

  1. Section 2.6 of Regulation 44-102 respecting Shelf Distributions (chapter V-1.1, r. 17) is amended by replacing, in the French text of subparagraph (b) of paragraph (3), the words “titre adossé à des créances” with the words “titre adossé à des actifs”.
  2. Section 9.4 of the Regulation is amended by replacing, in paragraph (2), the words “management discussion and analysis” with “MD&A”.
  3. This Regulation comes into force on (indicate here the date of coming into force of this Regulation).
