The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) published General License 8 to authorize the wind down of transactions involving Francesca Paola Albanese and related entities. This authorization permits transactions otherwise prohibited by the International Criminal Court-Related Sanctions Regulations through 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time on August 8, 2025. The license explicitly excludes any transactions involving other blocked persons unless separately authorized.
