Notice on Filing Interim Returns and Documents for Québec Life and Health Insurers – Six Months Ending April 30, 2024
The Autorité des marchés financiers requires authorized Québec life and health insurers to electronically file interim returns, capital adequacy requirements, and compliance attestations for the six-month period ending April 30, 2024. Submissions must be completed via AMF E-Services within forty-five days of the reporting period, with signed PDF versions retained at the insurer’s premises. Non-compliance or late filing may result in monetary administrative penalties under the Insurers Act.
