Order to EstatePartner A/S and EstatePartner Forvaltning ApS Regarding Unlawful Business
The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority ordered EstatePartner A/S and EstatePartner Forvaltning ApS to legalize their unauthorized management of alternative investment funds, citing violations of the Act on Alternative Investment Funds.
