The National Monetary Council, through the Central Bank of Brazil, amends Resolution No. 4,760 of 2019 to modify the financial charges and repayment terms for a BNDES credit line. The updated regulation sets the effective interest rate at a maximum of 6% per annum and extends the repayment period to up to 13 years, including a grace period of up to 3 years. These changes, enacted under Law No. 13,986 of 2020, enter into force on July 1, 2020, to support investment financing for cereal companies.
