2020-06-25 | Resolução CMN 4834The National Monetary Council, through the Central Bank of Brazil, amends Resolution No. 4,760 of 2019 to modify the financial charges and repayment terms for a BNDES credit line. The updated regulation sets the effective interest rate at a maximum of 6% per annum and extends the repayment period to up to 13 years, including a grace period of up to 3 years. These changes, enacted under Law No. 13,986 of 2020, enter into force on July 1, 2020, to support investment financing for cereal companies.
The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on June 25, 2020, considering the provisions of Article 49 of Law No. 13,986 of April 7, 2020,
R E S O L V E S:
Article 1. Resolution No. 4,760 of November 27, 2019, shall enter into force with the following alterations:
"Article 1. ......................................................

III - financial charges: effective interest rate of up to 6% p.a. (six percent per annum);
IV - repayment term: up to 13 (thirteen) years, including up to 3 (three) years of grace period;
